Lauren recently graduated from Vicars School of Massage Therapy, where she was able to solidify her skills to become a registered massage therapist. With a client-centered approach, Lauren is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their wellness goals, whether it’s reducing pain, increasing range of motion, or simply enhancing relaxation. Outside of her studies and the clinic, Lauren can be found cross-country running, backcountry camping, and playing with her son.
